Asian inspired Honey Garlic chicken

INGREDIENTS


 8 boneless chicken thighs 4 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper 3 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp unsalted butter 4 cloves minced garlic

1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup chicken stock


2 tbsp rice vinegar


4 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Chop your chicken in cubes and add to a mixing bowl. Add the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken in until fully coated.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan on high heat.

Add the chicken thighs, and cook on one side until golden brown flip and repeat. 4-5 minutes each side

Add the butter and garlic to the pan ,Turn the heat down to medium so the garlic doesn't burn.

In mixing bowl add the honey, chicken stock, rice vinegar and soy sauce stir together add to the frying pan with chicken let it come to a boil so the sauce will thicken about 3-4 min. Remove pan from heat.


serve with sticky rice and Enjoy ! 😋
