Jalapeño poppers

Ingredients


1/2 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar

1/2 cup mozzarella 12 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds removed 1 package of bacon

1/2 package of pork sausage


Directions


Preheat oven to 400 degrees Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.


In a pan cook your sausage on medium heat until browned turn heat off and add your cream cheese. Mix together.


Fill each jalapeno half with the sausage cream cheese mixture, top with cheddar and mozzarella. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon.


Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes. You can broil a extra 5 min for extra crispy bacon.
