Brussel sprouts

Ingredients


1 pound of fresh Brussel sprouts

half a package of bacon

1 cup of fresh radish

1/2 onion

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup of fig jam



Instructions

In a pan fry your bacon until desired crisp. set aside.


In the Same pan with the bacon grease add your brussel sprouts, radish, onion vegetable oil, and butter and fry on high heat for 15 min stirring consistently so brussel sprouts do not burn. The brussel sprouts will be crispy on the outside, and Soft on the inside.


Once you are done frying and your brussel sprouts are crispy and your radish and onion are fried up Turn your heat on low Add your bacon back in and add your fig jam in. Stir on low heat for 2 min and remove from heat.


This recipe is so simple and so good!
