Carne con Chile

Ingredients


3 pounds of pork ribs

2 Tbsp oil

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp cumin

salt to taste


Instructions


In a pan add your oil and turn heat on medium.


Add pork cubes to the pan and cook, until browned on all sides, 5 - 7 minutes.


Add your salsa to the pan and boil until the sauce is thickened, 8 - 10 minutes.


Salsa Ingredients


1 pound tomatoes

 2 jalapeños

 5 chiles de árbol take off stem

 2 garlic cloves, peeled

 1/2 onion

 2 Tsp salt

 Hand full of cilantro


Instructions


In a frying pan turn heat on high. Cook tomatoes and jalapenos


until charred on all sides. This usually takes about 10 minutes. Add chiles de árbol take off stem before and fry for 1 min.


Transfer to a blender add garlic, onion, 2 tsp. salt, cilantro and 1/3 cup of water and blend.
