Ingredients
4 Roma tomatoes
2 Jalapeños
4 Serrano peppers
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tomatillos
1 cup of chile de arbol peppers
1 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of vinegar
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups of water
Instructions
In a small pan toast your chile de arbol peppers in 2 tbsp of oil on low heat. Stir around continuously they can burn easy.
In a seperate pan Sautee tomatoes, tomatillos,onion, garlic, jalapeños, and Serrano's in 2 tbsp of oil on medium heat until they become soft.
Place all ingredients in blender along with the excess oil in both pans, salt, water and vinegar and blend.
